We’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our Strategic Product Projects team as a Senior Product Strategy & Development Manager - ESG. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of ESG product strategy and development in one of the UK’s leading asset managers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the development and design of ESG products and propositions across a diverse fund range
• Acting as a senior ESG subject matter expert, providing technical guidance across the business
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives using effective project management tools
• Supporting product governance processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to align ESG product strategy with client needs
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform product innovation
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of ESG features
• Presenting at internal committees and fund boards to communicate product strategy and updates

Qualifications Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in the investment management industry, ideally 5+ years
• Strong knowledge of ESG investment strategies, fund structures and regulatory environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead product development and lifecycle management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams
• A strategic thinker with a passion for responsible investing
• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
