We are looking for a Leasehold Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the Leasehold team and customers in the management of leasehold properties. Communicate with leaseholders, maintain accurate records, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with lease terms, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the Leasehold Team to support all aspects of lease management.
- Manage the Leasehold inbox including first contact with homeowners looking to assign or extend their lease, remortgage or carry out works to their properties.
- Respond to enquiries from internal colleagues, and external stakeholders, including solicitors, via the inbox and telephone.
- Support with the preparation & collation of documents, including arranging any manager signing.
- Update and keep detailed computer records of all correspondence, actions taken and communication with customers.
What we are looking for
- Evidence of competence in administrative processes/procedures.
- Good track record in maintaining data/record systems and developing knowledge of further applications.
- Ability to work pro-actively as part of a team to achieve objectives and manage conflicting priorities.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills verbally and in writing.
