Powster is a Creative Studio based in London and Los Angeles. We specialise in creating world-class interactive digital experiences and marketing campaigns for major movie studios, broadcasters, music artists, brands and streamers. Our work ranges from high-concept websites and large-scale video productions to immersive AR experiences and cutting-edge interactive activations. Our best work has won FWAs, Webbys, Clios and Awwwards, and high profile clients include the likes of Netflix, Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Sony Music and many others.

The Creative Project Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, budgeting and delivery of projects in Powster’s Creative department. Managing a team of Creative Project Managers and Technical Producers, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You'll lead cross-functional teams to meet project goals, improving workflows, streamlining delivery processes, and driving operational excellence. You’ll manage resource scheduling, coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, and act as a key escalation point in collaboration with leadership and the Accounts team. With a sharp eye for quality, you’ll also engage in UAT and act as a final delivery gate. This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-focused leader who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity and empowering teams to deliver outstanding work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People management & team development: Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and provide mentorship to support team growth, wellbeing, and consistent high performance.
  • Team Leadership: Support and guide Creative PMs and Technical Producers to deliver projects effectively, coaching on best practices and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Workflow & Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes, introduce improvements, and ensure workflows are clear, efficient, and scalable.
  • Project Oversight & Resource Management: Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, managing resource scheduling and capacity planning to ensure teams are aligned and projects stay on track.
  • Project Scoping & Budget Reconciliation: Support PMs by reviewing project quotes, identifying and advising on corrections. Lead scoping exercises on more complex or highly technical projects. At the end of projects, lead budget reconciliation to compare budget vs. actuals and identify pathways for future optimisation.
  • Escalation & Stakeholder Support: Act as a point of escalation for delivery issues, collaborating with leadership to resolve challenges and ensure strong client and internal relationships.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct UAT and final delivery reviews, ensuring project output meets Powster’s creative, technical, and strategic standards before reaching the client.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Creative project delivery at Powster, helping shape departmental planning and growth.

Proven delivery experience: 4+ years managing digital, creative, or technical projects, ideally in entertainment or marketing, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex work to a high standard.

Leadership & team development: Experience managing or mentoring PMs / Producers, with a supportive, solutions-focused approach that builds team confidence and capability.

Process-driven with strategic thinking: You bring clarity and structure to delivery, continuously improving workflows and balancing detail with the bigger picture.

Strong communicator & calm problem-solver: Comfortable navigating client conversations, internal escalations, and fast-moving challenges with clear, constructive communication.

High standards & attention to detail: You value quality at every stage, from concepting to final delivery, and have a sharp eye for both creative and technical accuracy.
