Invision Recruitment are currently working with a major construction company based in London. We’re looking for an experienced HR & Learning and Development Administrator to join the team. Based in Kings Cross, London, you’ll provide support with a wide range of HR and training coordination tasks.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR and L&D queries
- Manage onboarding, employee records, and right to work checks
- Coordinate technical and professional training (excl. SHE)
- Maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support early careers programmes and liaise with education partners
- Handle sensitive data in line with GDPR and compliance requirements
What we’re looking for:
- HR and/or L&D admin experience within a construction/ FM or maintenance based field.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems
