Our Installation Engineers are involved in the installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems. The successful engineer will install and commission these systems to the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry-leading technical knowledge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time-served engineer to work within a high-performing team, focusing on a geographical region.

What you will do:

  • Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Install appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and loss of unused materials.
  • Manage your time efficiently and prioritise jobs correctly.
  • Correctly complete engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA certificates or checklists as appropriate.

What we look for:

Essential:

  • Experience within the fire and security industry.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to install related systems safely and responsibly, ensuring no injuries, property damage, or wasted materials.

Preferred:

  • Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry (e.g., 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA).
