Leading law firm in central London is seeking a Legal IT Project Manager with experience in legal software project management and a successful track record of delivering legal software projects such as iManage, Elite 3E, SOS Connect, Visualfiles, Proclaim, ShareDO, Peppermint Aderant, or similar DMS, PMS, or CMS platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to participate in a significant software upgrade program across almost the entire software suite, including new Practice Management System (PMS), Document Management System, and Case Management System.
Experience in implementing cloud-based legal or finance application software, or upgrading legacy systems, is required.
Required Experience:- Proven experience delivering medium to high complexity IT projects within Legal Applications & Cloud Services, including Practice Management, Document Management, and Case Management Systems.
- Previous role as an IT Project Manager or Senior Business Analyst, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong aptitude for quickly learning new software applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with legal applications such as iManage, Elite 3E, SOS Connect, Visualfiles, Proclaim, ShareDO, Peppermint Aderant, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Experience working within the legal industry is a plus.
- Manage the delivery of medium-to-high complexity IT projects across applications and cloud services, covering all lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
- Coordinate with third-party IT providers to ensure project success.
- Drive software implementation and adoption, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows.
- Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and resources.
