A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing PM to work on high-profile fit-out projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of office fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
  • Act as Project Manager / Employer's Agent (EA) on projects, ensuring all contractual obligations are met under JCT Design & Build contracts.
  • Lead client meetings, providing clear, professional advice and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Produce and manage project programmes, cost plans, risk registers, and regular progress reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing office fit-out projects, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • Strong client-facing project management skills, with a professional and confident approach in stakeholder meetings.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience working under JCT Design & Build contracts, ideally in a PM/EA capacity.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
