About the Role: As the Team Lead for Web, Digital Experience, SEO, and Paid Media, you will lead a high-performing digital team and take ownership of digital performance across CEMEA and APAC. You will lead strategy and execution in website optimization, SEO, and paid media. You will manage a small, skilled team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive measurable growth, innovation, and user engagement across markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of two: one focused on web and digital experience and one on paid media.
- Oversee web development for all EU and Asia websites, SEO, paid media, and testing, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with organizational goals and the marketing team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, paid media, website optimization, and testing initiatives.
- Manage paid media campaigns across various channels (search, social, display, programmatic), ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Plan and execute A/B testing and experimentation programs to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources (web analytics, SEO tools, paid media platforms) to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, development, design, product).
- Manage budgets, resources, KPI and timelines for digital marketing projects and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and managing digital marketing teams, with expertise in web, SEO, paid media, and testing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO software, and paid media platforms.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Effective leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Relevant experience in marketing, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
