We’re searching for an enthusiastic Junior Retail Media Executive to join our dynamic Retail Media Activation team at VML Enterprise Solutions. In this role, you’ll be working directly with top brands, analysing data, optimising campaigns, and helping them achieve outstanding results. What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaign Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of retail media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to inform client strategies.
  • Optimisation & Insights: Utilise data to optimise campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Client Communication: Participate in client calls and meetings, providing updates and insights on campaign performance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keeping yourself and team on track of the latest trends and developments in the retail media landscape.

What we want from you:

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excel Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and basic formulas (experience with queries is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver who can identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and enjoys working in a team environment.
