All posts are appointed to the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. The base hospital for this post is Daisy Hill Hospital; however, the post holder will be required to work on any site within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust.
This is a replacement post to support the development of the Frailty at the front door in Daisy Hill Hospital. This post will attract a salary of £59,175 - £95,400 per annum based on full-time (pro rata for part-time hours).
It is a full-time (Monday to Friday) 10PA position; however, anyone interested in working part-time/job share is also welcome to apply. There is no on-call associated with this post.
