About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a part-time Finance Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team based in Pershore on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with prior finance or accounts experience looking for part-time hours across two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with credit control and following up on outstanding payments
- Supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Assisting with payroll processing (if applicable)
- Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets
- General administrative tasks to support the finance team
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a finance/accounts assistant role
