About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality, professional HR advice and support aligned with policies and current employment legislation
  • Lead on complex casework, investigations, and resolution strategies
  • Drive HR service improvement through project leadership and process reviews
  • Analyse complex HR data and issues to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Support and mentor HR team members
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement

About You:

  • Are CIPD qualified or bring equivalent experience
  • Have strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Able to demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Have a proven track record in managing complex employee relations cases
  • Are comfortable with occasional travel (Driving license will be required)
  • Bring previous line management experience and a collaborative approach
