A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer seeking their next career move at a multi office practice with an outstanding reputation in the Devon and Somerset market.
The Residential Property department is extremely busy owing to their very strong relationships with local agents and returning clients, so the team are looking for a driven and ambitious conveyancer to join them in their Taunton office.
The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases which will include high net worth matters, re-mortgages and new builds.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property lawyer and be able to demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing their own caseload.
