To provide first class visitor and customer experience to Dun & Bradstreet Paddington office. Working within the UK Workplace team, this role will be a diverse and busy role focusing on delivering an outstanding, safe and compliant office environment for team members, customers and visitors to enjoy. Excellent communication and administration skills are a must with concise organization skills. This role is pivotal in the smooth operation of the Dun & Bradstreet office, giving our team members, visitors, and customers their first and lasting impression, having great local knowledge this role will be responsible for promoting a positive office experience.
Key responsibilities- Office workplace representative & customer point of contact, covering the Front of House as required.
- Support Reception Services – meet and greet as you will be welcoming guests and visitors, provide support manage their enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Site Safety and Security – championing site rules and being the point of contact for all safety and security enquiries.
- Facilities Administration – maintaining records, site notices, processing invoicing, assisting in organising the facilities elements of any office events and other administration relating to facilities matters in a proactive manner.
- Office maintenance: Understand the works Standard Operation Procedure to manage preventive and reactive requests and mitigate / avoid any impact to our customers.
- Coordinate cleaning requests, ensuring high quality of works to achieve pristine standards.
- Coordinating catering, incoming & outgoing mail, any other 3rd party office services, stock control as required.
- Own the facilities services, proactively showing a strong problem-solving ability approach to promote high level satisfaction to all our team members and customers.
- Managing and prioritising tasks and queries as part of the day-to-day role, working closely with the front end and facility manager.
- Communicate in an open, honest, and transparent manner at all times with the ability to tailor the messages to a specific audience and their needs.
- Cover the Workplace Manager in times of absenteeism, and busy periods.
