The Opportunity
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating training records and supporting materials related to core Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) programs.
- Supporting L&OD activities such as processing invoices, supporting budgeting, updating intranet pages, scheduling team meetings, and assisting with internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing administrative tasks for L&OD programs, including scheduling events, coordinating logistics for virtual and live events, uploading materials to LMS, SharePoint, or Teams, and maintaining training records.
- Performing producer roles during virtual events using Teams.
- Processing and tracking invoices as needed.
- Supporting knowledge sharing within the team and across divisions.
- Supporting internal team processes, conducting research for learning resources, monitoring team inboxes, and providing administrative support for projects.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Previous administration experience required; L&OD experience preferred.
- Experience in professional services is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and LMS.
