As a Leisure Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa and leisure club. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of service, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of spa professionals, including therapists, and support staff. Supervise their work, provide feedback, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and manage the spa's budget, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue generation through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Maintain high-quality spa services and ensure all treatments and therapies meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Oversee the procurement and inventory of spa and leisure products and equipment.
  • Manage all areas of the leisure club, including pool and water management.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • Proven experience as Leisure Manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness industry trends.
  • A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Elemis experience preferred but not essential.
