We are working with a well-established and respected service provider in the commercial refrigeration sector, known for their reliability and technical expertise. With over 25 years in the industry, they support a diverse range of clients across retail, healthcare, education, and more.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their team.
The Role:
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems such as cold rooms, chillers, freezers, and display units.
- Carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment.
- F-Gas Certification (essential).
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Confident in diagnostics and fault finding.
The Package:
- £42,000 basic salary.
- Door-to-door travel paid.
- 40-hour working week.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x (Mon-Sat) and 2x (Sundays/Bank Holidays).
- On-call rota: 1 in 7 with £175 standby allowance.
- 33 days holiday (25 days + 8 Bank Holidays).
- Fully equipped van (for personal use).
