The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

To succeed in this role, you will need a demonstrated track record of success in selling index based solutions and products such as Market Data to Buys Side & Sell Side clients, as well as an interest in all aspects of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics along with a strong financial background and demonstrated sales experience. The role requires a high level of technical acumen, attention to detail, the ability to understand front office needs and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing index sales opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
  • Grow Euronext market share, recognition and perception within the investment management and asset owner community.
  • Cultivate relationships with Asset Managers, Banks, Asset Owners and Consultants.
  • Continuously assess index based market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with Sales Management.
  • Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain relationships amongst existing clients and prospects.
  • Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into firm's CRM system.
  • Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and index designers.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within institutional sales and relationship management specifically with index related products.
  • Bachelor or master’s degree with a background in Finance, Economics, or other related discipline is preferred and additional qualifications such as CFA would be advantageous.
  • Track record of business development and revenue generation either selling directly or through strategic partners.
  • Demonstrated relationship and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with expert judgment to help set priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and verbal skills.
  • Absolute personal and business integrity.
  • Fluency in English and an additional European language is a plus (Preference: German, Italian, Spanish).
