We’re recruiting for a thriving family-run manufacturer of aluminium & pvc windows and doors based in Sheffield. They are currently on an exciting growth journey and looking for someone to join their Aluminium Sales team. As part of their expansion, we’re looking for a knowledgeable and organised individual to join the Aluminium Department and become an integral part of the team.

Role Overview: As an Aluminium Sales Administrator, you’ll take ownership of customer orders from initial enquiry through to production. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, technical knowledge, and project coordination, requiring someone who understands aluminium products and the fabrication process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer quotations and convert them into orders
  • Arrange and manage site visits and remedial work
  • Liaise with customers to answer technical and product-related queries
  • Place orders for aluminium profiles and components
  • Coordinate job progress from order through to production handover
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery
  • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation
