This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from our King Street office in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working.
As a Tenant Engagement Officer, you will work with our tenants who are having retrofit works done at their homes, in accordance with PAS2035. You'll support with communication and tenant engagement through the retrofit journey - pre and post install of energy efficiency measures, onboarding tenants and providing a positive tenant journey through Retrofit Projects. You will liaise with contractors and installers to ensure the tenant is kept updated, being a point of contact for tenants throughout the Retrofit journey. You will also ensure our vulnerable tenants receive the required support by delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting tenants in their homes to provide support where necessary, including the PAS/Retrofit Process, measures, installation and Energy Efficiency advice.
- Attending site mid installation to provide tenant updates and to understand tenants' needs to improve installations.
Applications are welcomed from those who are empathetic, approachable and organised. You will need to be able to listen and tailor your approach to the needs of each tenant, with the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively by telephone, in writing by email and in person.
You will need to have existing knowledge about Energy Efficiency, PAS 2035 and energy efficiency measures such as insulation, renewables technologies and heating systems. Educated to GCSE standards or equivalent, you will also need a Full Valid Driving Licence. A Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification is desired but not essential.
