Our client is currently looking to recruit a 2nd/3rd Line Engineer. The organisation offers SME IT Support for every element of IT services requirements. From comprehensive contracts that cover all IT Support Services within their client's business, to individual cover down for a leased line, a server, or even a single computer. Their offerings are completely bespoke and tailored to client's business needs and can grow with your business.
After years of delivering IT business solutions to large City firms, in 2002 our client's founding Directors set out to offer the same first-class support to SMEs. Today they boast high levels of customer satisfaction, thanks to a combination of expert knowledge, experience, and a genuine interest in the needs of individual customers.
Salary range is £30,000-35,000 depending on experience and skillset. Benefits include holidays, pension and other perks.
