A leading architecture practice is looking for an experienced and proactive Bids Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the studio’s business development efforts, coordinating high-quality bid submissions and supporting the team in securing exciting new projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in bids coordination within the architecture or wider built environment sector, along with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation, writing, and submission of bids and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with Directors and project teams to gather content and project information.
  • Track bid deadlines and ensure timely, compliant submissions.
  • Assist in creating presentations, case studies, and award submissions.
  • Maintain the bids library and ensure all materials reflect the practice’s brand and tone.
