Culina Group is hiring a HR Advisor on a permanent full-time basis, based at either our Hoddesdon or Dagenham site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment providing proactive HR support to the HRBP and management team. The role involves supporting assigned HR Business Partners and sites on HR-related matters.
Key Duties
- Provide case-managed ER support to the HRBP team as required.
- Prepare case management packs for HRBP and Line Managers.
- Offer HR guidance, coaching, and advice to line managers.
- Provide data and statistics for the Head of HR Operations.
- Attend disciplinary, grievance, and absence meetings as required.
- Support mediation and resolution of employee relations issues; conduct investigations when necessary.
- Assist with HR operational projects such as site restructuring, new builds, closures, and TUPE.
- Support site initiatives like resourcing events, engagement activities, and survey responses.
- Collaborate with HRBP and management to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Run reports for HRBP as needed.
- Provide holiday cover for HRBP and other HR Advisors.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR legislation
- Experience advising on HR matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and absence management
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
