Endeavour Recruitment, a specialist IT Recruitment agency providing recruitment services to clients across Europe, is currently offering an exciting opportunity for Graduate / Trainee Recruiter. The position is based in the village of Hamble, 10 minutes from Southampton by car, train or bus. You will be dealing with some of the largest organisations in Europe.
Daily tasks include:
- Search and select candidates/ Head Hunting
- Network and advertise to potential candidates
- Identify skills sets and match them to vacancies
- Database management
- Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates and advertising teams
- Dealing with general queries
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
