Job Description
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance customer experiences.
- Manage the customer journey, ensuring it is aligned with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to implement digital marketing initiatives.
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Implement creative growth strategies and plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Digital Marketing + CRM Manager should have:
- Be an expert in using MS Dynamics 365 and Wordpress.
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
