Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for our client based in Walsall. The role is responsible for overseeing a team of production workers, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of the company’s production area.
Production Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Conducting morning SQCDP meetings
- Escalating relevant issues to the Production Manager
- Ensuring safe working environment for staff with regular safety control audits
- Implement actions to reduce off-track hours and down time
- Engage team in Ci activities, Kaizen, 5S and problem solving activities
Production Team Leader Details:
- Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 PA
- Location: Walsall (WS6)
