Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for our client based in Walsall. The role is responsible for overseeing a team of production workers, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of the company’s production area.

Production Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Conducting morning SQCDP meetings
  • Escalating relevant issues to the Production Manager
  • Ensuring safe working environment for staff with regular safety control audits
  • Implement actions to reduce off-track hours and down time
  • Engage team in Ci activities, Kaizen, 5S and problem solving activities

Production Team Leader Details:

  • Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 PA
  • Location: Walsall (WS6)
