Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive D365 Business Central Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for our clients. As a key member of a Microsoft Gold Partner organisation, you will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle D365 Business Central projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and status meetings.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft Sure Step or Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimating, and proposal development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within a Microsoft Partner environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with Power Platform, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Background in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
