Our client, an established and growing independent provider of Invoice Finance Solutions to businesses, requires a Relationship Manager to join their team.
Role responsibilities:
- First line responsibility for managing the risk relationship and remuneration of clients within a defined portfolio.
- Identify and minimise risk and maximise revenue opportunities through responsible and proactive account management in line with company policies and procedures.
Key activities:
- Ensure clients operate within the terms of their facility.
- Understand client operations, processes, and current position via system metrics; maintain good communication with administration and credit control.
- Escalate all risk issues promptly.
- Conduct internal reviews and visit clients according to company guidelines and timelines.
- Log complaints, respond, and escalate as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge.
