The operator should engage at every level, leading and driving their business from the front, focusing on great retail standards, traditional pub grub, championing cask ales, and encouraging local fundraising and events.

Future Plans:

Annual Rent is our lowest figure associated with a Full Tie. Security Deposit will be returned based on the final account balance and property condition. Working Capital is a recommended amount for day-to-day operations. Stock will be valued by an independent valuer upon takeover. Fixtures & Fittings include any items bolted to the floor or walls and free-standing items.

Training costs £350.00, required before signing a long-term agreement, covering marketing and business strategies to grow sales. Service Charge Cost is £63.33 per week for compliance and statutory obligations.
