The Duke William is a rural pub located in Callow Hill, near the Wyre Forest, 2 miles from Bewdley. It attracts passing trade and tourists visiting the popular Wyre Forest, with good public transport links to and from Bewdley. The pub focuses on well-kept real ales and a traditional food menu, alongside great entertainment and good customer service. The large grassed garden and children's play area attract families during Spring and Summer, and it is dog friendly. The pub also has a caravan site behind it, accommodating an average of 8 caravans.
On entering the pub, you are greeted with 2 traditional bars well stocked with cask ale, a variety of lagers, an excellent choice of wine, and a good range of gins and spirits. The left-hand side bar serves as a dining area with access to the garden, suitable for private events. The right-hand side bar is popular with local customers, featuring an open fire, darts area, and TV. A good-sized commercial kitchen is located at the rear of the pub. The enclosed garden includes a children's play area, ideal for barbecues and events during Spring/Summer. There is a large car park at the front and a caravan site at the rear.
