Clearfield Recruitment are working on behalf of a respected main contractor to source an experienced Site Manager for a school refurbishment project starting on Monday 21st July 2025 in Bedford.
Responsibilities:
- Managing trades and subcontractors on site
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Liaising with the client and reporting on progress
- Ensuring the project runs to programme and deadlines
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Enhanced DBS (must be in date and valid for working on school premises)
- Proven experience managing education or similar sensitive-site projects
