Clearfield Recruitment are working on behalf of a respected main contractor to source an experienced Site Manager for a school refurbishment project starting on Monday 21st July 2025 in Bedford.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing trades and subcontractors on site
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
  • Liaising with the client and reporting on progress
  • Ensuring the project runs to programme and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work certificate
  • Enhanced DBS (must be in date and valid for working on school premises)
  • Proven experience managing education or similar sensitive-site projects

This is an excellent short-term contract for a reliable and proactive Site Manager with the appropriate qualifications and clearance.
