Leads a team responsible for change and maintenance of the UKPI offer (ISA, JISA, SIPP & GA), with cross-divisional impact, demonstrating a deep understanding of the offer and impact of the change. Acts as the quarterback across all offer change, driving seamless delivery and customer outcomes. Works with the business to understand offer inefficiency and deliver improvements aligning to the UKPI long term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute offer change across wrapper and investment offers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across CX, Ops, Tech, Marketing, Finance & OGC.
  • Identify and prioritize offer change working collaboratively across business stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop high-potential talent.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • Cultivate relationships and drive collaboration within Vanguard and externally.
  • Manage change and allocate resources effectively.
