I am thrilled to be the exclusive partner in recruiting an HR Systems Manager on a permanent contract for a financial services client in London. My client is an outstanding firm with an exciting HR technology roadmap ahead of them. This role will focus primarily on Hibob HRIS implementation and maintenance, with an essential requirement of API integrations across Hibob and satellite systems, tying in and connecting the bridge across the core Hibob HRIS and the LMS, performance system, shares platforms, and ATS. This is a true standalone position working for a global organisation with a fantastic culture and HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the platform owner for HiBob HRIS, managing upgrades, configurations, and ongoing maintenance.
- Oversee system integrations and APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity with other company platforms.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports to support HR analytics.
- Serve as the systems manager for various HR technologies, including Employee engagement tools, Performance management systems, Learning management platforms, and Applicant tracking systems.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof of concept testing for emerging HR tech solutions.
- Coordinate and administer HR system implementations across the organization.
- Develop data-driven insights through strategic reporting and trend analysis.
- Review and manage audit logs related to system modifications.
- Ensure accuracy of all HR data outputs across reporting functions.
- Design automated workflows to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
- Lead system troubleshooting and liaise with Bob support for issue resolution.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across HR platforms.
- Prepare and manage data feeds for workforce planning.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support leadership decisions.
- Conduct complex data analysis using Excel and visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
The role offers a competitive package of up to £85,000 p.a. on a permanent basis + bonus and benefits. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
