In this role, you’ll partner across teams and time zones to develop bespoke, engaging learning experiences—everything from onboarding and leadership development to performance enablement and career growth. We’re not interested in copy-paste solutions; we’re after fresh ideas, sharp insight, and a good sense of humour. You’ll be the driving force behind a culture of continuous learning, capability-building, and fun.
What You’ll Do
- Champion a growth mindset across the organisation.
- Design and deliver tailored learning programs that reflect team needs, regions, and learning styles.
- Collaborate with People, Product, and Operations leaders to identify skill gaps and build effective solutions.
- Lead on global onboarding, career development, and leadership initiatives.
- Develop performance metrics and feedback loops to evaluate learning impact.
- Create scalable, tech-enabled solutions that make learning easy, human, and measurable.
- Act as a coach and learning consultant to managers across functions.
- Help keep the culture dynamic, humorous, and values-driven—even on Zoom.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience building and delivering L&D programs globally.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills—people enjoy learning from you.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into impactful learning initiatives.
- Experience working across cultures and time zones (APAC experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills (extra points for great gifs).
- Hands-on knowledge of digital learning tools, platforms, and best practices.
- A collaborative mindset, sense of curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping others grow.
- Flexibility for occasional early starts to collaborate with teams in Australia.
- Worked in SaaS, Tech or IT industry would be a plus but not essential.
What’s in it for You
- Autonomy to shape the global L&D function from the ground up.
- A values-led, supportive culture where experimentation is encouraged.
- A global team that works hard, laughs often, and supports each other.
- Flexible hybrid working and wellbeing initiatives.
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth business.
