Lettings Coordinator required for a busy property office in Notting Hill. Supporting the office of 12, this is a key role for an established and market leading property firm who require an office coordinator to run the day-to-day administration for the team.

You will be the first point of contact, onboarding new clients, dealing with AML checks, arranging photos, paperwork and other administration as required, supporting the agents as they require in their day to day. Property management and renewals administration will also play a significant part.

As this is an incredibly client facing role, we are seeking an individual who will be a true ambassador. It is essential you have outstanding communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. This role will suit an individual who is outgoing, empathetic and enjoys liaising with clients.

You will be joining a supportive, busy, and fast paced team who are friendly and sociable.

£25-30k depending on experience.
