This is a full-time vacancy for an outstanding candidate to join a thriving school on its growth journey. The successful candidate will be part of a challenging and supportive environment where leadership is dedicated to helping all staff achieve their full potential.
The Job:
- Provide exceptional teaching across various subjects, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students
- Deliver engaging and ambitious lessons that support student development
- Support the school's efforts in raising standards of teaching and learning across departments
- Offer specialist subject expertise to assist departmental staff
- Monitor progress towards agreed educational goals
- Contribute to the implementation of school-wide policies and initiatives

The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold a teaching qualification
- Hold a degree or equivalent
- Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice with excellent behaviour management
- Have experience with lesson observations and providing robust feedback
- Have experience with improvement planning and implementing strategies to raise student achievement
- Have a proven track record of excellent results at KS3/KS4
- Be experienced in pupil tracking and feedback practices
- Have experience supporting students with SEN needs (including ASC and SEMH) when required
