Our client in Farnborough are looking for a skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their production team, where no two days are the same. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you\’ll be at the heart of building cutting-edge products – combining your talents in mechanical assembly and electrical craftsmanship. What You’ll Be Doing: * Assembling complex electro-mechanical systems and subassemblies to high-quality standards. * Wiring, crimping, soldering, and routing cables with precision — leaded and lead-free. * Building mechanical structures using housings, panels, brackets, and fasteners. * Interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and build instructions with confidence. * Running functional and safety tests to ensure every unit performs flawlessly. * Handling sensitive components with care and maintaining ESD safety protocols. * Identifying and resolving assembly issues, ensuring top-notch quality every time. * Staying on top of production schedules while keeping your work area clean, safe, and efficient.
