Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join the team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, they are looking for someone who can manage and oversee their electrical contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical contracts, from initial tender to project completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of work and safety are maintained on-site.
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports, ensuring profitability and compliance with contract terms.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
