Commercial Catering Engineer / COMCAT Engineer
£40,000 - £45,000 / 40hr working week / Paid door to door / Overtime rates / Van & Fuel Card / 30 days Holiday
We are a large national commercial catering service and maintenance provider. Having been established for well over 30 years, our main client base includes facilities groups, restaurant chains, hotels and more. Due to company growth, we are now seeking new engineers to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintenance and repair of all kitchen commercial catering kitchen equipment
- Fault Finding on both electrical and gas commercial catering equipment
- Field based meeting clients - Customer facing position
Essential Qualifications:
- Comcat
- LPG & FGAS Refrigeration (would be an advantage)
- Relevant electrical experience (18th edition electrics, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics would be an advantage)
- Full Driver’s Licence
Benefits Package:
- Basic salary: £40,000 - £45,000
- 40 hour working week
- Door to door pay
- On call rota 1 in 8 with £70.00 on call allowance with overtime rates
- Overtime rates paid at 1.5 after 5pm Monday – Friday and double time Sundays / Bank Holidays
- £750 per year sick pay bonus (£150 per day for each paid sick day untaken)
- Gift Voucher scheme
- 22 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (Increasing to 25 days after 5 years’ service)
- Van + Fuel Card: Peugeot Expert Van – you can also use this for personal use
