Seeking an Early Years Funding Manager to oversee the statutory duties and functions related to early years funding for Kingston and Richmond Councils. Responsibilities include managing a multi-million pound budget, implementing government funding policies, developing claims and payment systems and providing information and training to stakeholders. As Achieving for Children's Early Years Funding Manager, you will oversee the statutory duties and functions related to early years entitlement and the administration of childcare related grants and payments on behalf of Kingston and Richmond Councils. Responsibilities include managing a multi-million pound budget, implementing government early funding policies, developing robust claims and payment systems, overseeing audit contract management processes and providing information & training to stakeholders.
