The Opportunity:

Our client, a growing and forward-thinking company in the transport and logistics sector, is looking for a Bilingual Operations Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team based in Brentwood. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders from the UK and Ireland
  • Coordinate transport bookings (road, rail, sea), using your Italian language skills
  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Assist with customs and clearance documentation (full training provided)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers in both Italian and English
