Exciting Opportunity for a Permanent Client Onboarding Specialist in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

Daily duties are likely to involve:

  • Working in a small office in St Albans and closely with the Graduate Investment Manager.
  • Writing suitability reports and onboarding clients using the templates that are already in place; experience is required.
  • Updating sections, looking at capacity for loss, income, outgoings, and investment advice section.
  • Diarising and arranging meetings with clients to obtain the details.
  • Using the CRM system, Wealth Dynamix. Experience with this CRM is advantageous, but the ability to learn is essential.

What we need from you:

  • Experience of onboarding and writing suitability reports.
  • Knowledge of SIIPS and the ability to set up benefit withdrawals.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working in the office Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a degree of flexibility.
  • Please note that due to the nature of the business, you will be subject to DBS and the necessary checks to work within this industry.
