Our client is a leading manufacturer of consumer electronics products who have developed a leading-edge UK brand. They are now looking to recruit a full-time Social Media Manager to manage all of their B2C and B2B social media marketing channels. This role is perfect for someone who can shoot, edit, post, and analyse, but also lead collaborations with creators and influencers to amplify the brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Execution: Develop and execute the social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Concept, shoot, edit, and post high-quality photo and video content—product demos, lifestyle reels, unboxings, behind-the-scenes, trends, etc.
  • Creator & Influencer Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of creators and influencers aligned with the brand. Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns.
  • Community Building: Engage with followers, reply to comments and DMs, and cultivate an authentic, responsive brand presence.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and analyze content performance weekly and monthly. Report on audience growth, engagement, and campaign impact.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Relevant experience managing social media accounts for a consumer brand.
  • Proven content creation skills—photography, video, editing, copywriting.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Stories, and Shorts.
  • Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Creative, trend-savvy, and deeply familiar with digital culture.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
