About the Role

We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Junior Photographer and Videographer to join our fast-growing Content team! With the expansion of our product range—especially backpacks—there’s a huge demand for content across social, web, and paid media. This role is critical to helping us scale our creative output while maintaining high standards. In this hands-on hybrid role, you’ll be capturing and editing content that reflects Mous’ performance-driven, adventurous aesthetic. From London sets to international stunt shoots, you’ll be behind the scenes and behind the lens, contributing to exciting campaigns.

About You

As a Junior Photographer and Videographer at Mous, you’ll collaborate closely with our Content. You’re someone who’s calm under pressure, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. This is an amazing opportunity to shoot industry-leading products, tackle extreme stunts, and gain exposure on global campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality lifestyle and stunt-led photography and videography for use across social, web, and paid media.
  • Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of shoots – including gear prep and BTS documentation.
  • Edit and organise selects, rough cuts, and basic content in line with Mous’ tone, optimising for performance across paid social and organic content.
  • Support efficient post-production workflows and help maintain visual consistency across deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the wider creative team to meet campaign goals and deadlines.

How will success be measured?

  • Delivering premium video and imagery that aligns with Mous’ adventurous aesthetic.
  • Producing high-quality edits, especially for paid ads, that perform across platforms.
  • Confident operation of camera and lighting equipment on shoots.
  • Smooth integration with Mous systems and editing workflows (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).

Skills requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting.
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
  • Strong eye for detail and visual storytelling.
  • Calm, collaborative, and communicative under pressure.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience on fast-paced e-comm or brand shoots.
  • Familiarity with Sony camera systems.
  • Experience flying a drone.
