We are currently recruiting experienced 3.5 Tonne Drivers for our client based in Bedford.
As a Van Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering pharmaceuticals directly to customers, hospitals, and healthcare facilities, handling each delivery with the utmost care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Load your van according to your delivery schedule.
- Safely and efficiently deliver pharmaceuticals and medical supplies according to daily schedules and routes.
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, ensuring temperature control and handling guidelines are strictly followed.
- Provide courteous and professional service to clients upon delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery van.
- Complete any required paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in delivery driving, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
- Excellent punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to follow delivery schedules and adapt as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
