The Role:
We’re looking for a Training & Development Advisor to support our learning strategy across AEGIS. Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll shape career pathways, succession plans, and a culture of continuous learning to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support training aligned with business needs
- Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities
- Manage engaging training sessions across platforms
- Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness
- Drive career development and succession planning
- Ensure compliance and maintain training records
Essential Experience & Knowledge:
- Proven experience in training, ideally in engineering or technical fields
