As a Manufacturing Technician, you ll help produce sustainable timber wall, floor, and roof panels used to build low-carbon homes and buildings across the UK all from our state-of-the-art, automated facility in Westhill.

What You ll Be Doing

• Learning how to manufacture timber frame panels using specialist tools and high-tech equipment
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive production team
• Following technical drawings and maintaining quality, safety, and output standards
• Gaining hands-on experience and new skills every day

What We re Looking For
If you\’re good with your hands, enjoy practical work, and have a positive, can-do attitude we ll train you to succeed. No prior manufacturing experience is required.
You ll thrive in this role if you:

• Enjoy using tools and making things
• Are a team player who takes pride in their work
• Can learn quickly and follow instructions
• Have some experience with joinery, timber, or manufacturing (a bonus but not essential)
• Can understand basic measurements and drawings
