Site Manager – High-End Residential Developer 📍 Location: Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire 💼 Permanent: £60,000 to + Package Are you a detail-driven Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-end residential homes? We are working on behalf of a residential developer who is seeking a talented Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Company: Our client is a well-regarded high-end residential developer known for crafting luxurious homes with exceptional attention to detail. Their projects typically range between 5 and 20 bespoke units, all finished to an impeccably high standard. The Role: As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a luxury residential development. From site set up through to handover, you\’ll oversee the entire construction process, ensuring the highest quality of build and finish throughout.
