We\’re looking for a motivated and qualified Assessor/Tutor to join our growing team, supporting learners across the West Midlands region. The Role You’ll be delivering and assessing qualifications in: * Residential Childcare (Ideally up to Level 5) * Teaching Assistant (TA) qualifications * Supporting learners via a blended model (face-to-face visits & remote learning) What You’ll Need * Assessor qualification: A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32/33 * Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) * Experience delivering Residential Childcare & TA qualifications * Ideally qualified to Level 5 in Childcare (minimum Level 3 considered for West Midlands delivery) The Offer * Salary: £26,000 + £4,000 car allowance * Mileage: Paid at 30p per mile, claimed monthly * Full training & support * Flexible blended working model * Enhanced DBS required (cost covered) * No visa sponsorship offered You must be: * A driver with access to a car * Confident working independently and managing your own diary * Passionate about supporting learners in the care and education sectors Apply now to join a supportive, professional team making a real impact in young people’s lives
