About the Role: The ideal candidate will provide a calm and reassuring presence, helping to create a safe, structured, and peaceful environment. Duties include: * Offering companionship and emotional reassurance * Supporting gentle routines such as meals, light tidying, and medication reminders * Encouraging self-care, rest, and relaxation * Assisting in reducing anxiety triggers with compassion and sensitivity * Being present and available for conversation or quiet company Note: This is not a clinical role, but prior experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges is highly desirable. Requirements: * Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010) * Empathetic, patient, and emotionally mature * Previous experience with depression, anxiety, and/or PTSD (professional or personal) * Ability to remain calm and supportive in emotionally challenging situations * Respectful of privacy, boundaries, and autonomy * Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo one * Must have Full UK driving license
