You will work in a unique environment, collaborating with diverse vendor hardware and environments, and with other IT functions to deliver robust and secure solutions. A commitment to professional development and knowledge sharing is essential. Applicants must be able to commute to the UKTL offices in Solihull, Birmingham, with the possibility of hybrid working. About You To excel, you\’ll bring extensive 4G/LTE, 5G RAN & O-RAN testing experience, solid knowledge of 4/5G Radio Access Network technology, and recent experience in RAN & O-RAN system integration, testing, and troubleshooting (system logs, OS logs, UE logs, network logs, etc.). You should have: End-to-end RAN knowledge with a focus on 4/5G Experience with RAN Technologies (vRAN, Small Cells, MIMO, Timing and Sync with GPS, PTP) Understanding of Networking Protocols like IP, TCP, SCTP, IPSEC Knowledge of 3GPP standards, including procedures, call flows, KPIs, and statistics Experience in end-to-end testing across all areas – IMS calls (eNodeB, MME, SGW, PCRF, SBG, CSCF, MTAS) Understanding of Layer 2 & 3 messages, RRC/RLC Layers Ability to analyze and diagnose RF issues like dropped calls, handover failures, interference, etc. Experience analyzing Core Network elements issues Working knowledge of Nokia and Ericsson RAN testing #J-18808-Ljbffr
